大理学院未来五年目标、任务的思考

大理学院合并组建8年来实现了全面、协调、可持续的发展，以2008年教育部教学水平评估中获得优秀结论为标志，大理学院已经客观处于一个新的发展阶段。在未来5年的发展中将以立德树人为根本，着力提升科技创新和文化创新两大能力，不断加强学科专业、师资队伍、校园文化三项建设工程，深入推进教育教学、科研体制、人事分配制度、学校管理体制与机制、后勤改革等五项改革，以内涵发展为主题，以建成大理大学和国家立项建设新增博士学位授予单位为目标，推动学校跨入科学发展新台阶。
