摘    要:半水石膏属于气硬性胶凝材料,其制品吸水率大,当处于温度90%以上的环境中,由于吸水、溶蚀而导致制品的结构强度降低。为扩大石膏制品的使用范围,拟采取在石膏浆体中掺加一定量的聚合物憎水物质、促进剂、交联剂等改变硬化浆体结构特征的措施,达到降低吸水率(72h小于3%),提高软化系数(0.8),进一步改善防水性能的目的。

Abstract:Semi-hydrated gypsum, the products of which have higher water absorption, belongs to air-hardening material. When environmental humidity is over 90%,as the result of water soaking and dissolution eroding, the structural strength of the products will be decreased. In order to extend the products' application areas, some measures that a certain amount of polymer hydrophobic materials,accelerators and cross-linking agents, etc. are adulterated into the plaster slip are taken to change structural characteristics of hardened plaster slip. By these ways, the water absorption is declined (less than 3%, 72h), the softening coefficient is increased (0.8), and furthermore, the waterproof property is improved.
