P波段数控电调带通滤波器的设计

摘    要:研究了一种基于P波段的新型电调谐带通滤波器,采用前、后预选滤波器及中间运算放大器的结构。数字信号通过数模转换器和运算放大器实现数字信号与直流电压的转换,调谐变容二极管,调节带通滤波器的中心频率。实现了一个由8位二进制码控制的中心频率在悬50-110 MHz范围连续可调的电调谐带通滤波器,测试结果符合设计要求。

Abstract:This paper studies a new electrically tunable bandpass filter based on the P wave-band. It uses the structure of two pre-filters before and after an operational amplifier. The distal signal is converted to the DC voltage by the D/A conveser and the operational amplifier, tuning varactor diodes, then adjusting the center frequency of the band pass filter. An electrically tunable bandpass filter which is controlled by 8-bit binary code is realized. Its center frequency can be continuously tuned in 50 - 110 MHz. The test result has met the design requirements.
