丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸的热引发共聚反应条件的优化探索

摘    要:研究了丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸的热引发共聚反应的条件,主要探讨了丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸的配比、转化率、吸水率、分子量以及反应液中阻聚剂O2是否除去对聚合率的影响.结果表明,单体含量为20%、单体配比AM/AA为3/2、聚合时间为3h时,丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸热引发聚合的聚合率和吸水率都较高,聚合产物分子量也较大.

Abstract:The reaction of acrylamide and acrylic copolymerizing was studied in this paper. The authors mainly investigated the molar ratio, conversion ratio, the molecular weight, the water absorption and the effect of oxygen anti-polymerization in the process of thermal inducing. The results were showed that the polymer's swelling and conversion rate were optimized and got high molecular weight when monomer content is 20%, molar ratio is AM/AA=3/2, reaction time is 3 hours.
