摘    要:高校"思想道德修养与法律基础"课程是帮助大学生树立正确的人生观、道德观、法制观的重要课程。改革教学方法、创新教学模式是不断改进"基础"课教学,增强"基础"课吸引力、说服力和感染力的重要环节。探究式教学以尊重学生的自主探索、获取真知为基本特征,它与传统接受教学相比较,有其独特的运用价值。本文着重指出了探究式教学在"基础"课程中的实际运用,对探究问题的确定、探究方法的选择、教师的主导作用及学生的主体地位等问题结合教学实际进行了探讨,并指出了在"基础"课中探究式教学存在的问题。

Abstract:The "Ideological & moral cultivation and legal basis" course is an important course to help students establish a correct outlook on life, moral concepts, and legal concepts. The reform of teaching methods is crucial for the continuous improvement of "basic" course teaching. The inquiry teaching method which respects the students own access to knowledge has its unique value. This paper pointed out the practical use of inquiry teaching in the "basic" course, to determine the research problems, research methods, the role of teacher and student. Combined with the teaching practice, we put forward the existing problems.
