焦脱镁叶绿酸-a甲酯的二氢卟吩色基上的官能团的修饰与保护

摘    要:将叶绿素-a溶解于乙酸并回流,一步剔除中心镁离子和脱去132-位甲氧酰基,再经重氮甲烷甲基化得到焦脱镁叶绿酸-a甲酯,再通过亲电加成、亲电取代、亲核加成、氧化、还原和消去等化学反应,实施对焦脱镁叶绿酸-a甲酯中3-位乙烯基1、31-位羰基、17-位尾端酯基和20-中位氢的活性反应位点,同时,对官能团保护的形成过程进行了探讨,并且提出了可能的反应机理.所得新化合物的化学结构经IR1,HNMR及元素分析予以确定.

Abstract:Methyl pyropheophorbide-a is obtained from chlorophyll-a by the reflux in acetic acid for weeding out center magnesium ion and removing carbomethoxyl group in one step and the methylation with diazomethane.The active reaction sites of methyl pyropheophorbide-a,including C3-vinyl group,C132-carbonyl group,terminal C17-carbonmethoxyl group and C20-meso-hydrogen,are protected by electrophilic addition,electrophilic substitution,nucleophilic addition,oxidation,reduction and elimination reactions.The protecting ...
