云芝菌用于糖厂废水生物脱色及生产多糖的研究

摘    要:比较了4株不同云芝菌PVC0、PVC1、PVC2和PVC3对含有美拉德反应色素、碱降解色素及焦糖色素的模拟废水的生物降解脱色能力及云芝多糖生产能力。结果表明,利用云芝菌可有效脱除精炼糖厂废水中的色素,同时获得菌丝体和胞外多糖,而且利用精炼糖厂废水生成的菌丝体多糖活性结构没有变化,PVC0为首选实验菌株。

Abstract:Four Polystictus versicolor strains such as PVC0,PVC1,P VC2 and PVC3 were examined for their ability to decolorize refinery effluent, which contains Melanoidin, HADP'S and Caramel. The preparation ability of the four st rains for mycelium polysaccarride was also studied. The results show that Poly stictus versicolor has high decolorization ability on effluent, and can produ ce mycelium PSK and extracellular PSK at the same time. Colorants will not cause the change of PSK structure, and PVC0 is the best strain for decolorization and PSK preparation.
