| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于西门子监控软件Wincc的微机监控,设备的硬件设计和软件编程,供水控制仪表的选用、控制方式和监控原理以及系统的实际运行效果,指出该系统实现了液位控制、流量控制、水温控制及生产过程监控的自动化,既保证了生产的安全、连续、稳定运行,又达到了节能的目的,是电解铝厂生产和管理的理想设备.
