| 摘 要： | 受多种因素的影响,我国社区矫正在适用上面临诸多限制。笔者对我国社区矫正适用中存在的问题进行反思,在此基础上对有关社区矫正的立法、机构、人员、经费等方面进行探讨,并提出改善我国社区矫正的措施。
