| 摘 要： | 依据技术创新测评因素体系的特性,创新性地构造了集"层次分析理论"、"模糊综合测评理论"、"百分制赋值"优点于一体并优于传统模糊综合测评模型的"技术创新百分制赋值层次模糊综合测评模型",阐述了该模型综合测评的基本方法和步骤。
