| 摘 要： | 实现安全生产与经济增长是企业生存和发展的两大根本性问题。对企业而言，安全生产与经济效益是对立统一的关系，二者既相互矛盾，又辩证统一。因此，在保证安全生产的基础上最大程度地争取到企业的经济效益，保证企业持续健康发展，是企业面临的一个相当重要的问题。
