| 摘 要： | 研究了菌株紫红曲霉No.1-18-54液态发酵生产红色素的培养基配方，通过对比实验和正交实验，得其最佳液体培养基配方为：大米粉9%，硝酸钠0.2%，磷酸二氢钾0.1%，硫酸镁0.2%.
