摘    要:建立密封消解原子荧光光谱法同时测定茶叶中硒和锡的方法.对密封消解原子荧光光谱法同时测定硒和锡的各参数条件进行研究.在最佳测试条件下,硒方法检出限为0.32μg/L,测定相对标准偏差为1.8%,样品加标回收率为96.4%~98.8%;锡方法检出限为0.30μg/L,测定相对标准偏差为3.5%,样品回收率为92.7%~102.0%.本法具有快速、准确、灵敏度高、精密度好等优点,用于茶叶中总硒和总锡的测定,结果满意.

Abstract:A method was established for simultaneous determination of selenium and tin in tea by sealing digestion AFS- 230E. Parameters of atomic fluorescence spectrometry for the method were studied. Under the optimum testing conditions, the detection limit of selenium is 0.32μg/L with RSD 1.8% and sample recovery rate of 96.4% ~ 98, 8%. And the detection limit of tin is 0. 30μg/L with RSD 3, 5% and sample recovery rate of 92.7% -102.0%. The method is rapid, convenient, accurate, sensitive and suitable for determination of selenium and tin in tea.
