膜法富氧曝气处理高浓度制药废水

摘    要:研究了富氧曝气及空气曝气对有机物去除效果的影响,耦合平板膜生物反应器,同时考察对高浓度生物制药废水处理的效果.实验结果表明:富氧曝气下生化降解效果明显高于空气曝气,且在30~45 min效果最好;在化学耗氧量为2 000~2 500 mg/L时,富氧曝气优势最明显.利用富氧曝气耦合平板膜生物反应器处理制药废水,其出水水质较好,在处理高浓度废水中具有显著的优势.

Abstract:The paper investigates the biodegradation of organics with both oxygen-enriched aeration and conventional aeration.Besides,the effect of oxygen-enriched aeration with a flat membrane bioreactor in the treatmeat of highly concentrated biopharmaceutical wastewater is also studied.The experimental results show that the efficiency of oxygen-enriched aeration in biological degradation is much higher than that in conventional oxygenic aeration.The efficiency is maximized at a reaction time of 30~45 min and in a c...
