| 摘 要： | 终身教育是21世纪教育发展的必然趋势，多媒体网络技术为实现终身教育提供了很好的平台，必将促进终身教育更好、更快、更全面地向前发展。本文就终身教育，网络多媒体技术的优势，网络多媒体技术在终身教育中的作用以及现阶段多媒体网络技术应用于终身教育中的问题及对策进行了初步探讨。
