| 摘 要： | 目的：观察73例脑血管疾病患者的IL—6基因调控区—174位点的多态性与疾病的相关关系。方法：PCR扩增、限制性内切酶片段长度多态性(RFLP)分析和DNA序列测定，认识IL—6基因调控区—174位点的多态性；同时ELISA定量分析73例脑血管病患者和16例正常人血清白细胞介素—6含量。结果：73例脑血管疾病患者比—6基因调控区—174位均为GG型；血清白细胞介素—6水平升高，与正常人血清对比，差异显著。结论：73例脑血管疾病患者末发现IL—6基因调控区—174位点的基因变异。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the relationship between the G/C Polymorphism at 174 of the Interleukin-6 Gene in 73 cases of cerebrovascular patients and their cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:Applying PCR,RFLP and sequence analysis of DNA to study the G/C Polymorphism at 174 of the Interleukin-6 Gene in 73 cases of cerebrovascular patients.The contents of IL-6 in serum of 73 cases of cerebrovascular patients and 16 normal persons as the control group have been given ELISA quantitative analysis.Results:The genotype at 174 of the Interleukin-6 Gene in 73 cases of cerebrovascular patients is normal GG,but the contents of IL-6 in serum of 73 cases of cerebrovascular patients were much higher than that in the control group.Conclusions:There is no variation of gene at 174 of the Interleukin-6 Gene in 73 cases of cerebrovascular patients. |
