| Abstract: | The article discusses an evaluation of eco-enviromental quality for land surface. The concept of vegetational index is put forward. The theoretical and practical significance and the ranking and application of vegetational index are discussed in this paper. The application of remote-sensing and GIS techniques to the assessment are also analyzed. |
