| Abstract: | The system of teachers training should be reformed,and such a reform should be considered from its essential perspective.The real causes of the existing problems in the teachers training should be made clear first.Only when the real problem affecting the teachers training is solved can a new and open system integrated with teachers training,research and creativity be established. |
