基于ADAMS变结构堵渣机的仿真分析与优化

摘    要:针对堵渣机的变结构特征,利用ADAMS软件建立了仿真模型,通过机构的仿真分析找出了堵渣机存在的主要问题;并据此对堵渣机进行了优化及无过约束的自调结构设计。仿真分析了其优化的效果,结果表明:提高了堵渣机的各项性能,使其工作更加稳定可靠;改善了机构的自适应性能,消除了堵渣机对外界工作环境的敏感性;为变结构机构的设计提供了一个新的方向。

Abstract:By using ADAMS/view, a simulation model of stopper was established aiming at its characteristics of variable structure, and some main problems of the stopper were found by motion simulation analyzing, and then the stopper was optimized and designed with self-adjustable structure without overconstraints. The result of the analysis shows that the performance of the stopper and the ability of self-adaptation are improved with the benefit of more reliable working process and less sensitivity to environment. A new way of designing variable mechanism is provided.
