热浸镀锌物料中铁离子分析测定方法研究

摘    要:通过二氯化锡—重铬酸钾容量法、重铬酸钾容量法、高锰酸钾法、磺基水杨酸分光光度法、EDTA滴定法对热浸镀锌工艺助镀剂中的铁离子进行分析测定实验,对比得出助镀剂中铁离子的快速测定方法,以及锌浴中铁离子的测定方法。所选用的方法操作简便,稳定性好,灵敏度、精密度和准确度均达到定量分析的要求。

Abstract:In this paper,tin dichloride-potassium dichromate volumetric method,potassium dichromate volumetric method,potassium permanganate method,sulfosalicylic acid spectrophotometric method,EDTA titration of the hot-dip galvanizing process fluxing agent in the Determination of iron ion analysis experiments,contrast derived fluxing agent in the rapid determination of iron ions.As well as,the iron ions in the Zinc bath.The chosen method is simple,good stability,sensitivity,precision and accuracy reached the quantitative analysis of requirements.
