串列叶栅的轴流式冷却风扇流场计算

摘    要:目的 为满足装甲车辆对风扇的风压和流量的要求,提出一种新的风扇型式,以使冷却风扇在限定的尺寸下,不但风量大,而且风压高。方法 利用欧拉方程对串列叶栅式冷却风扇的流场做了计算。为了得到比较精确的边界值,计算中构筑了贴体计算网格。结果 串列叶栅的风扇叶背流动分离较小,叶片的弯曲度较大,且由于叶栅马赫数曲线分布较饱满,使懈扇静压的较大提高。结论 理论研究为后续的实验研究提供了技术基础。

Abstract:Aim A new type of fan with tandem cascades was put forward to meet the needs of armoured vehicles for the high air pressure and larger air flow. So the pressure and flow will be prompted. Methods The fluid field of this fan was computed by use of Euler equation, and the skin grid was constructed before calculation for high precision. Results The separation extent is low on the back of the profile, but the degree of curvature is bigger, and the mach curves of cascades are plump so that the static pressure is high. Conclusion The theory results will support the subsequent research on experiment.
