| 摘 要： | 动植物检验检疫学是国内新增食品质量与安全专业的核心课程,是一门综合性和实践操作性很强的学科,整个课程学习以实验教学贯穿始终。为适应社会对人才的需求,提高学生分析问题、解决问题的能力和创新能力,课程组对动植物检验检疫实验教学从课程体系、实验内容、教学模式、考核评价等方面进行了探索性改革,取得了较好效果。

| Abstract: | Animal and Plant Quarantine Experiment is the core course of food quality and safety specialty.Experiment teching is very important.In order to meet the demands of talents for the present society,we have reformed the curriculum structure,the course content,the teaching method and the check and evaluation system.Satisfied results in experiment teaching have been obtained after the course reformation. |
