三维注塑充模过程有限分析模拟

摘    要:温度与压力的变化是影响注塑成形的重要因素,该文从注塑模型中聚合物的流变行为的理论入手,根据流变学原理及粘弹力学理论,建立了聚合物熔体在薄缝型内流动的压力方程和温度方程,推导出注塑成型充填过程的有限分析解;对三维薄壁箱体充填过程进行了模拟,分析了模拟结果中压力与温度的变化情况,模具设计人员可通过预测压力与温度变化来分析充填过程是否合理。

Abstract:The change of pressure and temperature plays an important role in injection molding. With better understanding the principle of filling process and the viscous elastic mechanics theory, the pressure equation and the temperature equation for the melted polymer were put forward in this paper. And a new numerical method called the finite analytic method for solving partial differential equations is employed in flow simulation of injection molding. Filling a three dimensional plastic box is simulated in this paper. The change of pressure and temperature is analysed in the simulation result. According to the prediction of the change of pressure and temperature, the mold designer can predict whether the filling process is rational.
