摘    要:为减少游乐场游客排队时间并提高其满意度,通过改进通道设计和增加团体游客类型等因素建立快通系统模型,并对其进行多目标优化.首先以平均等待时间、平均逗留时间和游客满意度为因子建立评价系统,并进一步提出初始多目标模型;然后通过改进通道设计和增加现实约束条件,建立了多目标优化模型并给出模拟求解算法;最后仿真结果表明所建立的优化模型能够大大减少游客等待时间并提升满意度.

Abstract:To minimize waiting time of tourists in an amusement park and improve their satisfaction,modeling and multi-objective optimization for quick pass system is achieved by improving quick pass line′s design and adding tourists′type.Firstly,the evaluation system is built which is affected by average waiting time,average residence time and tourists′satisfaction,based on which the initial multi-objective optimization model is proposed.Furthermore,a multi-objective optimization model is built by improving the design of the quick pass line and taking practical factors into consideration.Finally,the solving algorithm is given.The simulation results show that the optimized model can greatly reduce tourists’ waiting time and improve their satisfaction.
