摘    要:采用便携式分光光度计对水环境中的氰化物进行应急监测.结果表明:在严格控制实验过程中的温度为24~25℃,试剂加入后使用黑布避光30min的条件下,可较准确测定0.005~0.100mg.L-1浓度范围内的样品溶液,测定值的相对误差和所占标准值比例的误差均≤20%.本研究为水环境中氰化物的快速测定提供了理论依据,并在一定程度上加强了水环境应急监测的现场分析能力.

Abstract:A new method using portable spectrophotometry has been established in order for emergency monitoring of Cyanide in water.The Cyanide was quickly determined after reagents was added and held in the dark for 30 min.During this process,temperature was strictly controlled between 24-25 ℃.The linear range of the method is 0.005 to 0.100 mg/L,the relative standard deviation between the measured results is less than 20%.This study provides a theoretical basis for the rapid determination of cyanide in the aquatic environment and strengthens analysis ability for emergency monitoring on site to some extent.
