摘    要:采用一种简单的方法,在不额外添加稳定剂的条件下,以蚕丝还原氯金酸制备了多边形金微米颗粒.通过X-射线衍射、透射电子显微镜以及选区电子衍射发现,多边形金微粒为面心立方结构的单晶.红外光谱分析进一步发现蚕丝纤维蛋白表面的酚羟基发挥还原作用,在蚕丝纤维表面原位还原形成金晶粒并进一步晶化生长为多边形金晶体.

Abstract:This article describes a simple approach for hybrid biocomposites containing polygonal Au crystallites on silk fibroin fibers by reducing HAuCl4 with SFF in aqueous solutions without the use of any additional capping agents.XRD,TEM and SAED studies reveal that the microparticles are single crystals with face centered cubic(fcc) structure.With FTIR measurement,it can be proved that SFF act as a mild reductent due to phenolic hydroxyl on its surface.Furthermore,the crystallization process has been observed by controlling the extent of reaction and the measurements of products by FESEM.
