摘    要:实验利用含铝中孔分子筛Al-MCM-41作催化剂,用乙醇和柠檬酸为原料,直接用反应物乙醇作带水剂,采用分批补充乙醇的工艺方法合成了环保增塑剂柠檬酸三乙酯(TEC).通过催化剂对比和用量实验得出中孔分子筛Al-MCM-41可作为合成TEC高效而环保的固体酸催化剂.

Abstract:In this paper,triethyl citrate(TEC) is synthesized as environmental friendly plasticizer from citrate acid and ethanol by using aluminiferous mesoporous molecular sieves Al-MCM-41 as catalyst and directly using reactant ethanol as dehydrant.The process methods of replenishing ethanol in batches is used.The result of catalyst contrast and dosage experiment shows that the mesoporous molecular sieves Al-MCM-41 can be used as the efficient and environmental friendly solid acid catalyst for the catalytic synthesis of TEC.
