| Abstract: | Sub-health has become a potential danger to our life.It is founded that adolescent have suffered from sub-health.It is discovered that the sub-health of adolescent is characterized with sleep insufficiency,odd behavior and underperformance.So it is necessary for us to take certain measures to prevent sub-health to promote the healthy growth of the teenagers body. |
