摘    要:应用紫外-可见吸收光谱及荧光光谱法研究了阿魏酸与牛血清蛋白(BSA)在1∶1甲醇水体系中的相互作用.结果表明阿魏酸与BSA发生反应生成新的复合物,荧光猝灭机制为静态猝灭;根据能量转移原理求得阿魏酸与BSA间的结合距离为4.41nm.进一步考察金属离子对此结合反应的影响,结果表明金属离子存在时,BSA荧光猝灭程度加大.

Abstract:In this paper the interaction between Ferulic acid and bovine serum albumin(BSA) in 1∶1 CH3OH-H2O was studied by Fluorescence spectroscopic technique and UV-Vis absorption Spectroscopy in this paper.The results indicated that Ferulic acid could form non-covalent complexes with BSA and the quenching mechanism was static quenching.The distance between them was 4.41 nm according to the theory of the Frster energy transference.Furtherly,the effection of different metals to this interaction was explored,which showed that the quenching degree of fluorescence was aggravated in the presence of metals.
