奥氏体不锈钢小孔钻削机理研究

摘    要:通过仿真和试验对典型的难加工材料奥氏体耐酸钢(1Cr18Ni9Ti)的小孔钻削机理进行了研究。利用大型商业有限元软件模拟了三维钻削过程,研究小孔钻削加工过程中钻削力、温度等随切削用量的变化趋势,在相同的切削条件下对1Cr18Ni9Ti同时进行了大量的试验研究。两者试验结果吻合良好,为进一步优化切削参数提供了理论指导。

Abstract:Drilling mechanics for hard-to-cut material of Austenitic Stainless Steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti by finite element analysis software ABAQUS and experiment are studied. Analogy results indicate that drill thrust, torque and temperature would change with cutting feed, they increase with feed increasing. This analytic conclusion matches with test result in the same cutting conditions well, and it can supply theoretical guiding to optimize cutting parameters.
