| 摘 要： | 常规球阀类有杆抽油泵在井斜角大于 4 2°时 ,球阀的工作稳定性将会消失。随着定向井、水平井的广泛应用 ,在井斜 6 0°以上井段实现有杆泵抽油成为当前急待解决的问题。文中介绍了一种用于大斜度井抽油泵的结构及工作原理、论述了泵阀及弹簧的设计原则、推导了扶正器合理配置间距的计算公式。对乐安油田稠油热采 6 0口水平井的现场使用跟踪分析表明 ,由于泵挂加深 ,沉没度加大 ,应用后平均日产液由 19.6t上升至 4 8.2t,日产油由 6 .4t提高到 15 .0t,产出液温度由 4 6℃上升到 5 3℃ ,泵效由 2 0 .2 %提高到 5 4 .6 %。
