摘    要:声波可被用于早期检测气侵 ,然而由于钻井现场存在强干扰 ,泵的波动信号 (声源 )难以提取。通过采用特殊的软、硬件技术 ,可提高声波传播中的抗干扰能力。对强干扰下的声波信号采用两级差动放大 ,采用相位超前型三运放二阶电路 ,实现一级增益线性调节。利用概率密度技术捕捉声信号的微小变化 ,能够有效地识别气侵并报警。采用智能滤波线技术 ,有利于计算机识别较强干扰下声波波形周期 ,并计算时间延迟

Abstract:In recent years, great progress has been made in the field of check and measurement of gas incursion in the use of gas liquid multiphase flowing characters. Because there is a strong disturbance in drilling field, it is difficult to extract sound wave signal when the fluctuation of mud pump is regarded as sound source. A particular method was introduced to solve the difficulty. The special hardware and software technologies were used to enhance the anti disturbance capacity of circuits in the process of sound propagation and enlarge the sound wave signal under the strong disturbance with two step differential method. The one step linear modulation was realized by the use of calculation amplifier of precedent phase on three steps with two differential circuit, which can bate the disturbance effectively and advance the signal to noise ratio. The possibility density technology was used to entrap a little change of acoustical signal, which can discern the gas incursion and give the alarm efficaciously. The use of intelligent filter wave line technology is available to discern the sound wave period and to calculate the delay time under the strong disturbance.
