On the Common Strategies in Translating

Since all the nations in the world have different characteristics of cultures such as senses of value and beauty, morality and customs, translators are supposed to have a good command of cognitive knowledge regarding language, national character, habitual way of thinking, etc. Before they work hard in the work of translating to convey the specific messages implied in the source language, as well as make sure that the version can inform readers of the real intention of the original writer.
