| Abstract: | The measurement for prestress' fractional loss of 16m post-tensioned T-beam in pipeline on Qin-Shen Passengers' Special Railway Line demonstrates that the loss value is located within the allowed band of the standard, showing that the stretching construction can satisfy the norms of design and constraction. |
