| 摘 要： | 为了了解舞蹈体操类锻炼项目与常德市体育人口形成的关系,利用常德市2014年国民体质监测问卷调查的相关数据,对该市成年人在闲暇体育锻炼中选择舞蹈体操类项目的频度、锻炼时间和强度等进行了分析。结果显示:舞蹈体操类项目在闲暇锻炼者和体育人口所选用的项目中排序第2;该类项目较大程度地符合了体育人口3条件的要求,在常德市,尤其是在乡村和女性体育人口的形成中作用十分明显。

| Abstract: | Aiming at figuring out the relation between subjects like dancing and gymnastics and the formation of sports population in Changde City, based on the analysis of the data reflected from the questionnaire on monitor of physical constitution of the mass in 2014, the frequency, duration and intensity of the selection of dancing and gymnastics of adult leisure sports participants are studied. The result reveals that events related to dancing and gymnastics rank two in overall events participation. Also it suggests that dancing and gymnastics events are in high accordance with the requirement of the formation of sports population. The function of the formation of countryside and female sports population of these events is dramatically obvious and effective. |
