浅析中小学教师专业化发展的现状及策略

摘    要:在中小学教师专业化发展进程中,对教师职业的专业属性的认识不到位、中小学教师社会地位和经济待遇偏低、中小学教师职业从业资格要求不高、教师资格证书制度不够完善、教师专业发育不够成熟等现状阻碍了教师的专业化发展。为此,应该采取树立教师专业化新理念,深化教师培养制度的改革,加强规划培训、自我反思、不断学习,政府和教育行政管理部门努力创造条件等策略,促进教师的专业发展。

Abstract:The main obstacles to the progress of teachers' specialization are analyzed in this article,basing on which,the strategies that might be applied to the construction of teachers' specialization are proposed,which is to accelerate the progress of teachers' specialization by building up an accurate concept,deepening the reformation of teachers' training system,one's self-examination and continuous learning.
