| 摘 要： | 借鉴电子商务支付系统的相关知识，从SET协议的角度切入，探讨了档案开发利用中有偿利用支付系统的有关问题，分析了基于SET协议的档案有偿利用支付系统的构成要素及其各部分的功能，简述了该系统的支付流程，在此基础上，总结了基于SET协议的档案有偿利用支付系统的特征。

| Abstract: | Borrowing ideas from the corresponding knowledge of e-business paym ent system, starting from the angle of SET protocol, this paper probes into some relevant problems of the compensable utilization and payment system in the deve lopment and utilization of the archives, analyzes on the components of the compe nsable utilization and payment system of the archives based on SET protocol and the functions of all parts of the system, expounds briefly the payment flow of t he system, and sums up the features of the compensable utilization and payment s ystem of the archives based on SET protocol. |
