| 摘 要： | 提出了一种基于人眼视觉特性的图像增强算法，本算法基于Lee和LIP模型，应用局部标准偏差对图像进行增强，在对各局部区域进行了不同程度增强的同时，还有效地增强了整个图像的对比度。实验结果的比较和分析，表明了这种算法的效果很好。

| Abstract: | According to Lee's LIP model,an image enhancement and denoise algorithm based on human visual property is developed,and local standard deviation to the image enhancementis applied.This method not only boosts up the contrast of the local regions in different degrees but also improve the global contrast.Experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method. |
