| 摘 要： | 围绕科技基础条件平台建设，结合太原地区大型科学仪器设备共享平台建设的实际，提出了几点建议：明确共享平台建设的意义；摸清资源情况，建立资源信息网；采用以政府为主导．依托3～5个单位组成联合体，实行理事会领导下的主任负责制；设立共享平台基金；制定共享管理办法；建立开发应用奖励制度。

| Abstract: | Strengthen constructing sci-tech condition plate and constructing mutuality system is the main conception of medi- m-to-long term programme outline about sci-tech development of national. The writer puts forward several suggestion about constructing large scientific instrument and equipment mutuality plate, such as classify the meaning of it, construct resources information net, apply the system of director responsibility, establish mutuality fund ,work out management method and establish the award system of developing and applying . |
