以我国遭受贸易救济的基本情况为切入点,从内外两个维度列举分析了我国成为全球贸易救济首要目标国的原因,最后为了维护我国在对外贸易中的正当权益,分别从政府、行业和企业3个角度提出应对贸易救济的策略。

China's trade remedy the basic situation of being an entry point,from both internal and external dimensions of analysis of China's listed as the world's primary goal of trade remedy the reasons for the country,the last country in order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of foreign trade,respectively,from the government,industry and business point of view put forward three strategies to deal with trade remedies.
