MOSFET串联谐振逆变器控制电路的研究

摘    要:文章重点分析了固态感应加热电源中的MOSFET串联谐振型逆变器控制电路的工作原理,对电压型谐振逆变器的换流过程及锁相控制原理进行了分析,并对一种能使开关损耗最小的零电压换流(ZVS-ZeroVoltageSwitching)的谐振逆变器ZVS锁相控制方法进行了重点研究。通过对一种锁相控制电路的分析和改进,表明它是非常适用于现代感应加热电源的。
