| 摘 要： | 针对政府服务公众职能转变的需求,文章对信息时代电子政府系统进行了分析研究,首先简要分析了当前电子政务应用现状及其暴露出来的问题,在此基础上重点研究设计了信息时代下的电子政府系统,给出了系统结构设计方案,并结合电子政府服务公众职能的转变,详细探讨了电子政府数据交互平台的规划设计方案,对于进一步提高电子政府系统设计应用水平具有一定的借鉴意义。
