产妇心理与心理干预探讨

为了探讨心理干预对产妇的作用,于2009年1—12月对100例产妇进行产前实施心理干预,与未行心理干预的100例产妇进行比较,采用症状自评量表对两组产妇评分。结果:两组产妇在产前均有明显的心理健康问题。心理干预可减轻产妇负性心理,但对病理性人格问题无明显作用;产后(3d)仍有较低程度的心理健康问题,需随产褥期身体恢复而好转,但需家庭和社会的继续支持。
