| Abstract: | This paper introduces the concept and background of contextualism,and finds that in contemporary urban construction,some problems exist including the urban features disappear and local contexts disrupt,then raises the need for continuation of the urban context, and analyzes the cases understanding contextualism tendency in urban construction,so as to get some inspiration for the modern urban construction. |
