摘    要:功率因数是电气设备 (尤其是电机 )十分重要的电气参数之一 ,变频调速输油系统的电机 ,经常在频率小于 50 Hz的条件下工作 ,电机的功率因数也随频率的不同而变化 .由于频率易于设定 ,因此研究频率改变时电机功率因数的变化规律 ,对生产具有一定的意义 .笔者以 5台电机分别在 5个频率下工作时功率因数的测试数据为基础 ,用数理统计的方法 ,得出了电机功率因数与频率的曲线相关关系 .从而可以在频率一定时 ,预测电机的功率因数 ;也能在满足输油工艺要求的前提下 ,对电机功率因数进行控制 .

Abstract:Usurally, the speed of the motor used in an oil transportation system is adjustable, the frequency of frequency convertor is also variable, and the power factor of the motor varies with the frequency. So it is important to know the interrelationship between the power factor and the frequcncy.In this paper,the regressive curve of the interrelationship was obtained based on the data of the power factor from five motors working at five different frequencies separately. When the frequency is known, the power factor can be gained from the relationship. The power factor can be controlled under meeting the requirements of oil transportation system.
