摘    要:根据注饱和蒸汽汽水两相流的原理 ,可在井下任意深度利用 KZQ- I型蒸汽取样器进行重力分离 ,取出液态水样 ,进行离子分析 ,测出相应深度的蒸汽干度 ,以解决浅层稠油井下蒸汽干度的直接监测 ,执行最佳蒸汽干度的热力采油工艺 .结果证明自行设计的 KZQ- I型井下取样器取样较准确 ,误差≤ 5% ;对吞吐井、面积驱含三种不同井下管柱进行直接监测 ,取得了满意的效果 .井下蒸汽干度监测真实、可靠、方便 ,经常监测井下蒸汽干度对执行最佳蒸汽干度的采油工艺 ,选择合理的井下管柱有重要意义 .对提高原油采收率、合理开发油藏方面是必不可少的 .可获得较好的经济效益和社会效益 .

Abstract:The direct mornitoring of the stream dryness in shallow layer viscous crude oil wells is realized for the thermal recovery at optimum stream dryness.The steam at any depth can be taken out by the KZQ I steam sampler designed by oneself,and then water sample is seperated from the steam by gravitational separation.The steam dryness can be determined by the ionic analysis of the water sample.The determined results show that the method has high accuracy ,error is less than 5%.The determined results are satisfied in the soaking wells and areal flooding wells with three pipe strings.The method of mornitoring steam dryness can also be used for selecting downhole pipe string and increasing recovery factor.
