摘    要:铝泡沫板是一钟新型结构材料,对于它的动态测量,尤其是瞬态性质研究是很需要的。近几年发展的SPSESI法是测量物体变形的一个重要手段,它是利用一张散斑图复合载波技术,在处理上应用Fourier变换和反变换技术就可获取物体的瞬态变形。文章利用这一近代光力学手段,对铝泡沫板在垂直冲击力作用下的瞬态弯曲变形进行了讨论。由于采用了连续激光光源和机械频闪产生脉冲光,不仅简化了分析光路又降低了所用电子仪器的等级。

Abstract:The aluminum foam board is a new kind of construction material.It is necessary to measure their mechanical property in a dynamic state,especially in transient ones.In recent years,SPSESI has been developed and changed into an important method for measuring the deformation of an object.Now,to gain a transient deformation with a speckle fringe pattern has been made possible by means of Fourier transform algorithm.This section introduces the deformation of the aluminum foam board under an impact in detail by using this method.A stroboscope used in analysis path,which is different from some papers published,adopts continuous laser to take the place of pulsed laser.This not only simplifies the testing light path,but also lowers the scale of electronic equipment.The stroboscope designed in this path is ideal both at the pulse time and at pulse interval and it is of better quality and steadiness for the experiment.This section describes the technology of SPSESI and successfully records a set of speckle fringe pattern of transient deformation of the aluminums foam board.At the same time,it gains the results of the deformation,too.
