摘    要:就甘露醇、山梨醇、蜜二糖及其 PEG处理对大麦叶肉组织的生理生化影响进行了多方面的研究 ,发现 3 0 % PEG有利于幼苗的生长 ,不同浓度的 PEG影响渗压剂的生理作用 ,甘露醇处理有利于降低离子和生物大分子的渗漏 ,提高矿质元素的含量 ,减少可溶性蛋白的种类 ;山梨醇和蜜二糖则有与甘露醇不同的生理影响 ;还就 PEG和不同渗压剂的生理作用差异进行了机理上的探讨

Abstract:The article studies the physiological effect, caused by mannitol, sorbitol, melibiose and PEG disposal, on the mesophyll organism of the barley. It is known that 30 percent PEG is helpful to growth of the budding and that PEG of different density can influence the physiollogical action of osmotic pressure medicine, and that mannitol disposal is helpful to cutting the seepage of the mineralion and the biological molecule. It can also improve the content of the element. Sorbitol and melibiose have different physiological effect on mannitol, the article also discusses the mechanism about PEG and the differences among the physiological action of different osmotic pressure medicines.
