| 摘 要： | 建立了利用大孔吸附树脂富集纯化与药渣再提工艺来提高中药玉屏风中有效成分总皂苷、总黄酮、总多糖、黄芪甲苷含量的方法.采用UV-V IS比较测定了总皂苷、总黄酮和总多糖的含量;采用HPLC比较测定了黄芪甲苷的含量.结果表明:未过树脂的水提液总皂苷、总黄酮和总多糖的相对含量为35.37%,通过树脂纯化和对药渣的再提使玉屏风中总皂苷、总黄酮和总多糖的相对含量为63.83%;未过树脂纯化的水提液黄芪甲苷含量为0.02%,通过树脂纯化和药渣重提两步工艺使黄芪甲苷的含量为0.15%.

| Abstract: | A methond to improve the content of effective medicinal components of traditional Chinese medicine Yupingfeng was studied by purification of aqueous extract in the column chromatography of macroreticular resin and two times extraction of herb residue.The content of total astragalins,flavonoides and polysaccharide were determinated by UV-VIS and the content of astragaloside was determinated by HPLC.The results showed that the relative content of the effective components was increased from 35.37 % to 63.83 % and the content of astragaloside was increased from 0.02 % to 0.15 % by using the new method.These experiment suggested the method was available for increasing content of the effective medicinal components of Yupingfeng. |
