| Abstract: | In this note,ideals of matrix rings M. （R）,M2 （R） and M （R） are discussed. The correspondences between ideals of a ringRand ideals of the matrix rings over it are given. As their application,all ideals of these matrix rings over the ring Z. are obtained. |
